Ooh, I see why.
If you click on “ACHIEVEMENTS” on the top navigation bar, it brings you to http://www.kongregate.com/badges, which has the show drop-down.
If you click on “View all badges” on your own profile, it brings you to http://www.kongregate.com/accounts/Oracle4/badges, no show drop-down.
I guess you just have to get used to using the naviga…

You can check your unearned badges at “All Badges” → “SHOW” drop-down menu → “Unearned”.
