By gifting orther people you can get titles, by other people gifting you, you can unlock the last three items in the shop. (You can be gifted if you are pink, you get pink if you get shot by cupido, cupido is a random mouse that appears if there are 11 or more mice in the room) . You can gift by clicking on a pink mouse.
