Chronomancer is overpowered. 2 ChronoEngines and Timestop spell card make it to where if you can last long enough to keep them going about 2-3 turns, you've won the game. Add in Master Healer and it makes all the cards harder to kill.
3/5 is the most i can see this becoming :( only 20 levels and you can buy a maximum of 4 items because of that, only leaving costumes to unlock. interesting, fun, but definitely a "unfinished" feel
i think there should be some "wrong" decision choices, such as being able to place the chain on the hook then tie yourself up with it. then it may do about 5% or so, but not enough to stop you from being "tied up"
@Kolhu: Yea... you cant just pause and have even more than them right at the beginning of the missing. Also to note: there needs to be a limit on the physics lab. 4x fighter bases with miners, 4+ physics labs, and then whatever amount of gunfighters is horrible.. even moreso when you spread them out instead of bunch them together like i like to do.
Stun tower and teleport tower is an abusive combination. on the last levels, I kept them at bay with practically just those two, using everything else just to speed up the process.
Great game. I can't myself see the helpfulness of mages too much, as compared to archers, but managed to beat the league on the first season on one of my first few tries and havent managed to since. wanna try without unique characters, so itll be tricky. i tend to do 3 archers 1 swordsman, since mages have less range, slower attack, and because of my 1 swordsman blocking strategy they get too close, but ill have to give some other combos a shot (2 swords, 2 mages maybe)
Ideal situation , But with very hard or hard mode , its not easy to get 2 Engines and a Master healer.
