Tutorial is hidden in a random icon in the bottom corner, there is no way to know what things you need to research to unlock buildings that are more than 1 research away, there is no way to know what the things you are about to research do when their names aren't enough...
Why does using a three-way splitter on a 10k cell produce three 3,000 cells instead of three 3,333 or 3,334 cells? Truncating a whole 1,000 is brutal, and it only gets worse the more you have...
My two cents about the defensive upgrade problem: currently, if you are getting hit at all (by non-bosses), that means that you are not killing monsters as quickly as they are spawning, and are going to die. A solution to this would be actually clumping the spawns (so that they arrive in waves instead of a steady trickle) and increasing health on the enemies. That way, you'd almost always get hit, but the delay between waves would give you time to recoup & reset. It would also make the range upgrade meaningful for normal waves instead of just bosses.
You would have to significantly improve the power/cost ratio of the defensive upgrades if you did this.
There needs to be a better indication of when a spell (the hotkeyed ones) is completely ready. It's very frustrating trying to combo spells together only to realize that Boiling Blood still has like 10 seconds worth of cooldown left or something.
the talents that give both exp & crit chance (and crit chance & multiplier) are strictly inferior to just splitting your points between the two base talents. Why do they exist?
Seems nice overall, but (as many have mentioned) having to collect coins with the mouse when you use the mouse to move is painful. Also, relatively minor, but having upgrades not tell you how good they are is annoying. "Increases damage" doesn't really tell me anything. Is that a 1% increase, or a 100% increase?
That's annoying... I can't progress anymore because I've run out of soldiers. Can't unlock new areas, since I can't build any guns onto my outposts without them.
I really wish that the upgrade selector just had one checkbox and gave you the upgrade you'd selected. I can't tell you how many times I've clicked the upgrade I wanted and then hit the wrong checkbox.
Blocko is the worst boss design I've seen in some time... not hard, but incredibly frustrating since it's only possible to avoid its attacks by standing right next to it, mostly because it fires them at the exact angle to hit you at the apex of your jump, and you can't alter your jump height.

I wish I knew what the formulas were for Moon Blessing, Angelic Determination, Strong Currency, Goblin Central Bank, and Hellfire Blast... they are preventing my google sheet of doom from being complete.
@mattman The last two spells are all really situational, God's Hand in particular becomes amazing once your mana regen is high enough to be able to cast it + Call to Arms + Tax Collection before the God's Hand buff drops off (totally doable as Angels)
@dancingfever The banana farms that you build for city income are also the building that increases your banana farms allowed during levels, but they don't count until you have the micro agriculture development building.
It sure would be nice if ticking the "don't show this again" checkbox for the massive wave warning for wave 6 of the contested territory actually worked.
Good idea! In to do list now :)
