So many idle games with this type of mechanism, and yet no one understands how compound interest works in real life.

The only game I have ever spent money on. Sure it was only a few Kreds, but I still get nostalgic about this one. I spent MANY hours here back in 2014/15.

If you are here for BotD and just want the medium badge, do Golem Factory. It takes 20 seconds for about 150 gold. The higher-level ones are like 500 gold but takes 20 minutes+. It is not efficient if all you want is to farm the badge.

Not even Raid Shadow Legends puts as many random obstacles in your way of progression. You can get the hard badge in a day or so, and the last one will take you months, or actual money that should never under any circumstances be paid.

Had the first badge in 2009. Coming back to finish it up. REALLY wish that saving the game was still a thing. Going to be really annoying not being able to close the browser because the hard badge takes forever.

So...muting the audio in options kind of makes the audio puzzle at the end difficult...

This game is fantastic. Total RNG, but that is a Roguelike for you - that is working as intended. My gripe (because of course I have one) is that the screen is just a little bit too big for my laptop display, so gets cut off; I sometimes miss things on the screen because of that.

Finally, all those hours playing "Breakout" on my Blackberry are paying off.

Level 7 and got the badge. Just got super lucky and got a lot of the gold things. It was not a long run, just super lucky. A bit too much RNG for my taste.

Fun game. Lags to a complete standstill unless you refresh after every puzzle. But fun.

For stage 5, for folks having issues with Teleport, it sometimes helps to let go of the arrow key before you hit space, and then hit the arrow key again right away to finish the move. It got me across after trying to figure out why the heck I couldn't Teleport while jumping.

This developer says there is no reset because there is no way to actually get stuck. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!! I got stuck. I would tell you which level it was on, but there is no level counter...

Don't worry about getting all the stars on a stage (the exploding shards will kill you at first) because you will get the two badges just before the end of chapter 4 either way. It took me a little over an hour. I left at that point - maybe some folks will get into it, seems like it has some better tactical elements to the game than other MMO cash grabs, but the fact that I was out of resources for leveling before level 15 and it was already taking me to the store means I will not be wasting my time. It's a shame, I did like the addition of the tactical grid and the timing of skills seems better done than other games of its ilk.

The biggest challenge is that I can't see the entire map. A zoom out would make it easy.

Hmmm, I can't get all 6 endings. One of them requires me to save the guy who tied the dog to a tree. I won't do that, because eff that guy, so I guess I can only have five endings an no badge.

Last fight is either 100% luck based, or is using some mechanism that I have not figured out. I tried it about 10 times, and on the 11th try I beat the boss easily. I think it had to do with the fact that on that run a lot of ghosts spawned and gave speed boosts - this let my idiot team mates actually catch the things they were chasing so we were able to clear effectively.

The challenge level was mostly difficult because you can't throw the hat while jumping. I eventually just bypassed everyone. I only threw one guy off a cliff at the end because I didn't want to risk him turning around at the wrong time.
