Possible Bug; If you click where the Video Ad icon should be, while it is not there, you are still given the opportunity to watch an ad and get a reward.
Nico Tuason (original dev) has stated on his profile that he let go of the Copyright to Solarmax 2 and it is now legit owned by bjwali who has re-upped the game. Hope that clears up any confusion.
The dev has said in a PM that an update is on its way, and that we just need to be patient with him as he is currently having to work more in the real world and so has less time to spend on making games. Which is quite understandable really.
@ZAXET & @Comickid13 - I am sorry that you both have lost progress. I would say to post a bug report and send a message to the Dev, but sadly the game now seems to be dead. It might be worth trying anyway though, as the Dev may come back if enough people prod him to fix his game.
@SkuineaPig - Sadly, the Dev looks like he has disappeared. He was around on the 11th of Jan, but that was a very brief flying visit. It has become apparent to those of us that enjoy this game and want it to survive that the Dev has no intention of coming back. Well, some of us sill hold out hope that he will, but we know that he probably wont. Which is a shame. If he just kept on updating his games and kept them alive he would probably end up getting a massive fan base and as a result a nice little revenue stream.
@rodensil - Yes. The game does Autosave. Every few minutes. It is also worth your while to export your game to your notepad every so often and loading from that backup if you lose your progress. Hope that helped.
@jamescbryan3rd I am sorry to hear this. The Dev is away and seems to be for the foreseeable future. It would be best to drop a bug report and hope that he gets it and comes back. It might also be worth exporting your game before you exit it, and then loading your game from the export if you log in and everything is not as it should be.
I am loathe to admit it, but I find myself agreeing with @HacunaMatata. It seems that this game is indeed dead now. No Dev, no updates, no response to messages. I believe Pvt. Hudson said it best; "Game over man. Game over."
@fposte2. The game does have "auto refine". You simply need to buy the miner that runs the refinery. Keep on collecting charms and you will be able to buy him.
@BandyBone - I have noticed that the Dev has done that with his other games. Just abandoned them. He releases a few updates to fix some bugs, adds micro-transactions and then just disappears. Shame. His games have such potential if only he stuck with them.

Sadly I dont think we will get any more updates. Looks like the Dev has not been on since 12th December. I hope we do get updates, but im not holding my breath for them.
I am also not getting offline money anymore. I come back and it tells me I have been offline for 0 hours and 0 minutes. It does give me ore, but no coin.
Come on Dev. 11 days of crafting shovels since the last update. Do you have shares in a shovel conglomerate or something? Are you stockpiling shovels? Lets put our shovels to use!
