Great game and good UI. Not sure if this would cause backend problems but a Laboratory button in edit screen that would swap the top section of the screen deck window to combine window, with out having to leave the deck editng go to lab and then back to deck editing (if it saved the deck for me that would be OK).
Good play and idea but it needs play balance. I got 4000 and could have keep playing forever. I had enough of each color saved up to remove all colors twice. Maybe start adding an extra piece to the board every 50 turns , so that after 50 turns 6 piece are placed eahc turn after 100 ,7 pieces are placed etc.
yeah there is a lot of info. That's great. It is real info about the way the world really is. You don't have to read it all to play at first. Read a bit play. Want to get better read a bit a more.

not really interested in heros or RPG like plot.
Would like value of soldiers to go down after many go down the same row. For example after 10 soldiers go down one row each additional soldier only counts as 0.95 towards moving the victory bars. after another 10 0.95*0.95 value. This would stop the strategy of just winning one row with piles of archers and then flooding tha one row. Players would have to split there forces up.
Great game. Good tension between moving fast to get where you want and moving slow to keep the bals manageable. I like the slow but not super pression pace. more hard core gamers may want a hard option where it gets hard quicker. 5/5
some feed back on why a placement scored and how much each placement scored would add alot. maybe some blocking piceis appearing on the board. but I liked it was fun.
