This is not a tower defense game. This is an incremental kind of game. There is literally zero strategy: enemies come in a straight line and you just keep buying upgrades that become more and more expensive. You can't build anything or choose a skill tree, just buy every available thing.

one little advice: add comma separators for numbers. With higher values it becomes harder to tell how much we are talking about.
Also, I'd like the numbers to have fixed positions, as they are now they constantly dance from left to right as values change, making them harder to read.
A piece of advice: instead of "speed enemies -50%" say "slow enemies 50%". It means the same, but it is more straight to the point: when I see "speed enemies" I thought the powerups were actually helping the bad guys.
Nice little game. I realized that swordmen push bowmen when advancing towards the enemy, thus rendering the ranged attack useless. That would be a nice fix.
way too fast for my taste, and I'd like to be beating more enemies, not just avoiding fireballs. Otherwise, an interesting metroidvania, but the controls kill the experience for me.
After finishing the 2nd boss, I was keeping the tractor beam button pressed. When the next stage began, the button was pressed down automatically, thus allowing me to concentrate in shooting. That's not a bug, that's a feature! Make gems collecting automatic.
Ok, so: after I push PLAY, the game starts loading, then the annoying logo appears, and after that it starts loading graphics, and then the intro will display. Wow, that was some busy game start.
Advice: If an enemy kills you, a slow animation will start playing. Quickly close the browser to avoid losing your progress. You will only lose the progress of that run, but that's always better than losing everything.
