Setting the save quantity to limitless does absolutely nothing. I've had it set to that since I joined anyways. Still getting stutter lag often enough that it's completely impossible to get 5k. This'll be the first kongpanion I can't get shiny on, because the game doesn't actually have proper quality settings.
Big warning to anyone out there who compulsively reloads: it tosses any ammo left in the clip. This isn't a bad thing, but since no game does that anymore it's something I felt should be pointed out.
once you get to the last level it's basically just "how many tries before it randomly generates a level not designed to screw me over". Hint: the answer is dozens, even with all upgrades
far too hard to get a helicopter to blow up, you have to crash through cars to stay next to a sign long enough to get the helicopter over there 90% of the time and the majority of that time the helicopter will clip right through the sign without hitting it
would appreciate it if next time you make a game that has both pre-generated levels and a randomly generated mode, that you not make the pre-generated levels also randomly generated.
Was really fun, but I finished the primary and tertiary missions with 8 secondary missions left to go and reached 20k in survival with still 5 secondary missions, even with killing myself anytime i finished one. By the time I unlocked the lightning gun, I was able to buy both upgrades and the rocket primary and still had 45k coins. The end just seems a little lackluster.
was fun up until 1300m or so with the v of apcs and three bomb runs where you can get out with maybe 2 crew members if you're lucky. why have this happen? it happens every single time, so i know i'm not just getting screwed by the rng.
Final level is pure bull. Tried 5 combinations of team members, all with nearly or fully max powers. Can't survive 20 seconds because it just stacks invincible mages.
the last mission of the second campaign is pure bullshit. giving the enemy infinite resources is not in any way a good method of increasing difficulty, and in this case all it does is make it impossible to progress anywhere.
overall it's a fun concept but it's far too sensitive to be good. would have been much better if the pointer were locked to 6 directions and tapping the arrow key moved it.
It is still a 5 star game ;) AI doesn't cheat btw.
