@choconaginata: abuse the loot ring for the fight. Make sure one of your chars has a loot ring, and is quite fast. That way the meat is collected before the boss is healed.
I think it would be a good idea to switch Cassie advancement requirements a bit so they would lead to completing to completing the unlock requirement for Mio. Especially in the beginning people will only train what they need to train to meet a target. As you start the game with only Cassie, she pretty much guides you training as you try to meet her stat requirements or to be able to work the jobs she ask for.
As it stands now, solely working that way you totally miss the other girls. Which makes progress quite slow if no impossible at some point. For me it lead to the point that I missed a few timeslots to fullfill Cassie work as hunter requirement as it requires 20 slots to participate, and i had 17 at the time. When i went to explore other hobbies to meet archievents, i suddenly unlocked a few other girls (up to Iro).
just get enough max hp. regen and dodge for defense. Run back n forth spamming basic attacks and blast special when passing harder mobs. If you keep this up its quite easy once you get through the hard first few steps. Bird indeed are annoying, but after a while you run faster than them, and you can pick them off easiliy catching up from the back while they fly along the grond.
You could add some guidance to aid progression. As its kinda vague what to do atm. Als0 it's very weak you cannot spend your time on puzzles. When you are attempting to do them, someone else bites your arse and you are send back to start.
It's kinda cheap you are stuck with the hero you pick in the beginning. Sometimes you get a very nice card as a drop, only to discover your picked hero doesn't generate the mana required for it...
A kappa is a water youkai from Japanese folklore. Its quite often used in stories and also games. Nothing Easter egg about it. The game probably just beat the yeti you were fighting and the next mob was the kappa in the time you looked away.
The gold usage isnt that bad in the game. You get 20ish gold each day. Basic usage hardly ever need gold, as you get potion from the playtime quests. Rune melting can be done with just resources if you do it 3 to 1. As you progress in the game, or rather every 5 lvls your resource mission get a better supply cap making resources quite abundant as you progress. Just dont make the mistake to upgrade the forge too fast.
That lil zapping orb the enemy hero from the human campaign has is so OP. Its very hard to see, hurts like hell and therefore completely makes you unable to retreat as you only get more pain from it. Not to mention it travels miles ahead of the caster....
Is there a way to reset your account? I made some mistakes and i want to reroll. The game played form here automaticly logs in though, and i cant find a reset profile anywhere.
is it so hard to make the game fit the kong window? i miss quite a bit from the bottom and the right side. This removes buttons and maks unit selection hard in editor mode.
The game is very nice, but gets repetitive at times. Maybe add some more variation into the run levels, like side scrolling, top down or a chase run. (You see your char in the face, most threats come from behind catching up, and static blockades, like rocks and pitfalls restrict your movement room from the front, they need some cue alert though because you won't see them comming.)
As an additional benefit introducing these forms: the game has a nice selection of characters, and a big part of the challenge is unlocking them all. It's a bit of a shame though you only see 1 side of them in the game as it is now.
The game is quite nice but there are some aspects that annoy me.
1. The gamescreen is shifted to the left, obscuring the left part ofthe screen, and leaving a black bar to the right.
2. The loading of new sub screens or some elements of them, like upgradable items or bag content takes quite long.
3. Let the players pick the skills they want on their char, it's taking me ages to get the slot 1 skill i want on my navi. Or have a reset cost an increasing amount of silver each try working up to the current gold price, so we can try some skills. Or get in some retrain ticket somewhere, just like you can get warship upgrade tokens.
Is there a way to reset your account to start over if you made some wrong choices, or want to play another class? Or do we need to make a new kong account to start over?
The game is very nice, but sometimes there are those moments it drives me crazy. Like when encountering another imba commander. (Or when i
get the 'bloodthirsty companion' archievement with a pure Xeno deck:P)
Very nice game, save for 1 little thing.
It might be a nice idea to either add a slider, type in or 'press and hold' function to add stats and mods (or substract in case of mods) in large quantities. If you do a few new game+ cycles you kill your mouse clicking everything back in the start, or switching mods around midgame to focus on other stats.
You can save a lot of fuel in space, as there is hardly any friction at all, and almost no drop back if you stop running your engine for a bit. You can also let white/black holes push/pull yourself if you are in a good position. First time i reached mars, i got there by just using my boosters is bursts for like 4/5 of the space map. Too bad i crashed that time though as i dint hav anything left to slow down on the landing.
- The game seems nice, but there really are some performance issues. My FPS rating keep flying all over the place.
- Also, fights snowball one way way too easy. As soon as a team starts losing it pretty much cant come back, since the stronger team gets way more shrapnel to trade for exp and can create a huge lvl gap that way. Which means an even stronger ship for that team.
Implemented! Every 5 levels you can add a new leader to your collection..
