Can we please tone it down with the visual boxes and clutter? I can't even see half of what I need to with the "Spend Gems!" or "New Unit!" texts showing up on map and in levels.
Also, the critical hits being artificially timed to frame rate can make some of them literally impossible to hit with how small they can be sometimes. The game is a really good core, but some of the game design decisions are real head-scratchers. The game is just on the edge of grindy and fun, and I can't imagine it reaching much of an audience
Biggest stat checker I've ever seen. Does the enemy do more damage in two turns than you do in 3? You lose 5% of your army. You can basically math out this entire game and there's no close fights, it's either you win or you lose based on damage numbers alone.
I find it very annoying that the upgrades are spread out incrementally over multiple pages out of order (1, 3, 2, 4) instead of just being set 1, 2, 3, 4 so it's easier to track. I got past all of the upgrades on page 3 by the time I realized that they existed.
So you can get the mana upgrades early if you just hit the "hide" menu twice. I assume they're hidden by default and unhide when you hit the unhide button.
I feel like a minor improvement to the typing games to stop stuff like carpal tunnel from flaring would be to add in all the number keys 1-0 so that you can press a number key instead of typing out all letters. It's certainly important to be able to type out the characters with the Latin alphabet, but I often find that I mistype things and it can be kind of frustrating if you're intent is to get perfects for practice. Maybe adding a minigame for romaji is in order? It might also help get used to typing Japanese on an English keyboard
Also it's *really* not clear what the numbers mean with faster fusing and spawning. Both of the numbers go up, even though you would think one of them would be time to complete the action, while the other would be the upgrade level or the current time you're reducing it by. Also the fact that it's in the positives instead of the negatives doesn't really make anything clear either. I understand it's +1s reduction, but it would be much more clear if you simply set it to -1s
I'm really happy that you're really trying to play the game! It saddens me that some people are having this issue. I've been theorizing and trying ways of solving it, but with no results. I'll update you if I manage to fix it! Thank you and sorry :)
Running latest chrome build on w10, for some reason the game wouldn't open until I restarted the page. Not an adblocker conflict or a flash problem as far as I can tell.
Hello, thanks for playing, there are no more than 25 levels.
