Sometimes a unit will not respond to moves despite orders.
Random squads dont seem quite so random in diversity.
Shorter down time after wreck but fun! Needs more distracting things going on. Bonus points for not stopping emergency vehicles. Also need people to run red lights. Traffic helicopters. Major traffic events like the out of a concert or sporting event (my god wrigley field letting out).

Its possible to lock your Death with no space to move into if you move into an area with no life around it. You need a way to step a turn without doing anything with a -1 or -2 life cost to allow a space to regen and move out. That or a function that recognizes your stuck and kills you entirely.
Possible to get stuck on Boss stage in level noe as the map zoomes out, the character can be trapped outside pinned by the blocks and not be able to move.
