So for some reason, like 5 biters decided to spawn at once, and by sheer force of luck I managed to get them all to group up and get hit by a meltie.
And then they fused into a Horror and ignored the acid.
So uh, Tanty decided it was allowed to be a word one level, then randomly decided that it wasn't when my current letters were T Y and N. Not exactly sure how that's supposed to make any sense.
If attacks miss more often than they hit, then your combat system is in dire need of an overhaul because nobody likes watching MISS MISS MISS MISS for 4 minutes.
I built three sniper monkeys with the rapid fire upgrade, and the next level I heard bloons popping but I couldn't see any. I thought I had somehow broken the game or there was some sort of invisible bloon, until I saw a glimpse of a red bloon sneak onto the screen before being instantly shot by my snipers.
It would be nice if the chances of spawning in instakill situations such as right into a not or right into a wall were a little lower, but other than that, great! 4/5!
Dear people that make games like this. When creating the system that randomly generates the letters, don't include x at all. There are almost no words that use it save proper nouns and even less that are actually used or possible to be spelled out of ninety R's three P's seven e's and an a, which is what seems to be the most commonly encountered set of letters in this game.
Buttons are impossible to press and have massive delay if you're lucky enough to get one. If that wasn't enough to make it unplayable the balance had no though put into it and the game eventually reaches an unwinnable level with 5 groups of 10 wasps, each one kills a full stack of 5 soldiers in two hits. This isn't even of pre-alpha test quality.
Dear whoever thought added dodge chance was a good idea.
Dodge is never a good idea in any form of game ever. All it does is add complications, balance problems and frustration for everyone. Everyone hates dodge. Do the right thing, keep it out of your games.
If you choose the power core, when you get to the room with the safe, there is a way to get the code. All I'm going to tell you is that it involves the color of the light.
When I saw this game was out, I immediately remembered the first and rated it 5 stars. The second I saw the facebook crap, it dropped to 4, and premium content dropped it to a 2.
This is quite possibly the worst sequel I could have imagined.
