This exact same game has been on Newgrounds for years.
Are you actually Exploding Rabbit? Cause it seems odd that such an old game gets suddenly uploaded again.
Without some sort of guidance, the second level seems to be impossible. I figured out that ball floats, triangle sinks, and square sinks faster. But going under the row of spikes can;t be done. You either hit the bottom, or as a ball rise to quickly, so you can't control going through.
Also, as a square you can jump on and destroy squaree enemies, but as a triangle you don't destroy triangle enemies?
The games needs some sort of in-game controls guidance, and that second level to be fixed.
Playing single player, the first level contains traps that you can;t complete unless you specifically take one of the three characters (and you choose between two). If I take the archer and the mage (and not the fighter with the shield) then I can't get past the wall trap which is constantly firing down a passage. Either character dies before reaching the end.
That simply makes the game unplayable if you fail to select a specific character.
I also found myself couple of times restarting the level but being inside the wall.
Its a decent concept, but needs some fixing and tweaking before it can really work.
Thank you very much for your opinion. I will update the levels, where all the levels can be played with all the characters. Thanks again, it means a lot to me.
The game techically works, so judos.
But in terms of gameplay, i was able to just stay on the left side of the screen auto-attacking by keeping my mouse button pressed down. Nothing spawns near me, so I was safe and killed everything coming at me. I also found that I didn't need upgrades, because everything always died in one hit anyway.
"Blocked by Content Security Policy"
A common issue when there is a frame in the page embedding content from a different site, and the other site doesn't want to be framed. The site this game is embedding from doesn't seem to allow such embedding,
A great game! Love it!
I will say, at no point did I ever work out how any of the questions around town related to the three choices in the bottom-left maze. In the end it was really simple to just use trial by error until I had the combination.
Soooooo.....
Decent enough as platformers go, though short and easy.
A few issues:
1. I kept finding myself missing the top of a block, but I'd move through it anyway and reach the other side.
2. Several times I stopped pressing the arrow key, but the figure kept moving anyway, often right into a lethal barrier.
3. The song appears to be a copyright track - Clean Bandit by Rather Be feat. Jess Glynne.
4. if this is a game about fear of water, and the obstacles which kill you are all water, why on earth is that water standing upright in blocks? Or hovering in the air?
So you can only move things in a certain order? It basically comes down to doing an exact movement of objects in an order in a time limit. Ok in execution, but not overly engaging.
Adding a description with instructions would help. I found one platform that I could either jump or or move off, and then the moving bottom of the screen would overtake me. No other platforms to move onto.
Its a very nice concept for a puzzle, but Lv11 is broken. It comes up with faded silhouettes of the first level, and no pieces appear to actually play the level.
A really good and challenging game, but REALLY needs some kind of symbol or tracker on the Level Select so that players know where the gears are, and how many they still need.
It shows you how many gears you need on the Level Select per world in the lower right. I never added indicators showing which levels have a gear because locating gears should become reasonably easy with the functionality you get after beating the game. However, seeing how much demand there is for it, I've changed my mind. I'll add indicators very soon.
I played for a while. Interesting enough to keep in the background. ANd then I saved it.
And when I came back a l found that the game had not saved at all, and had reset. Theres no way I can find to recover the lost save, so I have to give up and give a low rating.
I keep encountering levels where the exit is through two green doors, but only one key on the level (the sewcond green door is often right at the start in the first room).
A decent enough concept, but it desperately needs:
1) Some sort of level progression.
2) SOme indication of where you'll end up when you jump. Otherwise its just guessing till you drop.
Thank you very much for your opinion. I will update the levels, where all the levels can be played with all the characters. Thanks again, it means a lot to me.
