408. Seems like that's not too bad (but i didn't realise i'd died so much). Great fun but for some reason the game tended to lag. Not going to let my problems get in the way of such a cute and cool little game. 5/5. Great music btw.
I don't think it gets out of hand that fast. You just have to compromise between viruses and packets - a pretty neat mechanic. Really enjoyed the little game. You could extend it by trading in points for weapon upgrade - perhaps an aoe effect to destroy the infected http packages. 5/5
It took me a long time to get into the feel of it. I hate it that I could never think of making a game like this. It's so weird and relaxing. I love it.
Ok I do like this game. But obviously it does get rather samey after a while. The graphics, music and mechanics are fine. However the Charm spell wasn't what I expected. I thought that the enemy would follow you and fight with you instead of just standing around. I spent so much time waiting for the enemy-friend he un-charmed and killed me ^^;
Whilst the controls are picky I'd like to congratulate nikital for a wonderful polish on the game. The graphics are (almost) seemless, the movement of the camera and the transition between levels is great. And of course the music is very fitting. It's unusual to see a game this polished in 3D on Kongregate. Well done!
When I started playing this game I was saying "now wtf?" but my god is the game addicting... however as a girl there's a finite number of times I can be called handsome before rage quit. XD
I enjoyed the game and it's good that it is original within the physics games. However it is just way too easy. I believe that it quite obvious where the ball will drop and there is no incentive to try to do the level on the first go. So I don't believe this is a reaction game, just a physics puzzle game. 4/5 for original and good gaming but -1 for being fair too easy. 3/5
(following from my previous comment) ...I also did not like atomic charge. The amount of updates towards the end make this exploitable. I found the game easy in comparison to early games. The mechanic is also annoying when you are trying to get to the ship. It takes so long to recharge when a save point was not near. The controls for the flight were also too sensitive making the ship boarding: set off, miss, wait to recharge, repeat.
I will say again that I love this series, including this game. I just wanted to give it an honest critique of it in relation to the previous games in the series. 4/5
I do love this series and have now played each of them, but I believe this is the weakest of them. The power ups just aren't as original or as interesting as in the other games. Before you had things to help you stick to walls, fly, throw animals around etc. In this you really only have your jump, gun and run updates. I like the areas but I also feel that (apart from the ship) the levels feel very samey. Before there were radioactive/acid pools, lasers and all kinds of obstacles in your way. The bosses are inventive and well made as in the previous games, however I think the variety in the smaller enemies could have been made broader...
This is a very fun game. However there is a bad bug in the gameplay. You are allowed to use Earthquake to switch the parts to different rings. If you try to switch a tile with one that is already blocked out the tiles will switch but the black tile will become active again and the original tile will go black. This would not be a problem except that the tiles are not updated. The original black tile becomes unusable and does not behave like the colour tile it is. You should probably fix this by not allowing user to make this choice.
Interesting game but umm ever heard of friction? It's what physics engines have. Some of the simplest jumps are made quite difficult merely because of the lack of friction.
During a fight a help screen came up for frame rate issues (which I didn't have). At the same time I died and the games paused with the Try Again menu. But the menu was invisible and I had to guess where the button was to press. GLITCH
Fixed! Thanks. :)
