Clunky controls, even for a platformer.

Squidy 2

Killed by a porcupine, then regenerated three times in a row right on the same porcupine, game over. Seriously?

Every suggestion I had for the original was executed beautifully in the sequel. Except the 'more levels' thing, but I suppose as people add on user-made levels that will come.

The best improvement ideas have already been said: explain the medals and Q+E for weapons switch would be nice. But the best part of this game is when it gets beyond the shoot-em-up and to the careful strategy. That level with 90% brick is a great challenge - even with high visibility I wasn't sure what I was heading in to. This is the easiest 5 stars I've given a game in a long while. I was sad to see it end!

I got to a battle, and my character kept walking to the right. Keys wouldn't change his direction (though I could swing my sword at nothing), and the mouse didn't help. Too glitchy for me. Which is a shame, this looked like fun.

This was a lot of fun - true, the side quests could use more purpose and better rewards, and yes, the ending was a bit anticlimactic, but it was a fun ride. One little glitch though - when I entered the final cave, I pushed on one of the square blocks just to see what would happen and zoomed into the final room, skipping the dungeon.

Cleverly written and interesting in concept... but repeated clicking in a process-of-elimination trial-and-error pattern is not much of a game.

Wow. This is quite possibly the most headache-inducing, purely awful game to ever get badges on Kong.

Among the finest of the Bonte games. And that's saying something!

Outstanding game. One of the best game sequels I've seen. Once all the areas have been reconned, I found it easiest to do a tower assault at night (when the beasts come out), and build/upgrade/clean-up during the day.

Fun little game. But it gets a bonus star for the inexplicably dancing robots.

Ninja Painter 2

Fun, quirky, and very replayable. The sequel improves on the original. Even when a level can be frustrating (34!), it' s a fun frustrating, not a "where's the damn walkthrough already" frustrating. Here's hoping for a trilogy!

Of all the flight games on Kongregate, this may be the weakest I've played.

Also, if you're going to have a walkthrough for when people get frustrated with the game, have one that actually shows you what to do to pass a level. Bricks seem to arbitrarily hang in unrealistic positions, and it's beyond tiresome to try the same thing over and over again to get no result.

I really have to question a physics-based game in which clicking the exact same spot seven times in a row yields seven different results.

I wasn't awarded the badge either, but I refreshed my browser page and it was there.

Achievement Unlocked 3

Glitch - I shoot a bunch of hamsters and they freeze mid-air. I can't shoot any more, and I can't leave the room. Have to refresh the screen.

Changing a game this drastically for a sequel is a gamble. When done as well as this one, it's a gamble that pays off. Great fun!

Great game! Though I wonder how blowing up a bank, a gas station and twelve cars somehow fails to cause $120,000 in damage.

I was hoping Teddy would meet Billy and George Carlin in a phone both. Then his adventure would have been truly excellent.
