This game has some major design flaws, basiålly every problem you have is completely solvable with MOAR DOTS MOAR DOTS! button mashers have more strategy.
Probably the largest issue I had is the one I have with all clicky games, they hurt my wrists. if there is a way to move tiles horizontally and vertically in teh same click, it would releave a lot of that tension.
Like a better version of kings quest, without all the bullcrap items that don't make any sense whatsoever. the currency system in a game like this is unheard of, and I am looking forward to the next installment of the game very much.
the animation has improved. the interface has not.
the design has improved slightly, but resources still trump everything.
not an improvement for a second installment.
I don't understand why this game is rated SO high every time it comes out. it's really NOT a good game. the art is okay but not spectacular, the game design is completely 2-dimensional (and I don't mean the graphics, I mean the design, as in dominant strategy type). seriously, what game has worth that can be won by AFKing?
4rth iteration of the game and the interface is still a huge groan. I'm a lot less lenient on rating games when they don't get something so crucial right after then Xth time.
seriously dude. look at your interface. What could you do to make it less monotonous?
while I do love the world dominator games, the controls on those were very simple. you controls on this game, however, are akin to an RTS and they need a lot of work. the designing is fine, but if the control suck the game design is obsolete, isn't it?.
You're a gamer man, you know how good controls work. figure it out.
