There’s a LOT of B vitamins in 5HE, and despite what most people think – it is possible to overdose on vitamin B. However, the vitamin B can be offset by drinking it with water and taking it in sips over a period of time, and as with almost any supplement I recommend trying to mix it in with a balanced diet and intake of carbohydrates. The vitamin D dosage found in 5HE can be balanced with mega dosages of water.

As with almost anything, it’s also entirely possible you will receive different effects unique to you alone – so I would test it carefully, maybe a half bottle at a time, before fully committing to an entire one.

As to better alternatives? I typically use peppermint oil or chew on peppermint leaves if I feel the need to rejuvenate myself. Most of my energy comes directly from my diet regime.
