3/5. It's a good idea, I liked the flashlight mechanic but movement was painful with the toggle on/off only in the direction you're facing and the rest of the game was just a simple maze game. Basically: flashlight great, rest was nothing special, and it needs a mute button.
Thank you for the feedback, sir. Oddly, the options menu doesn't seem to work properly--otherwise you'd have your mute! I'll have to check on that and update it ASAP. Yeah, I wanted to do some more work and make it a scavenger hunt type of game, but the flashlight mechanic took a long time to get right. Any suggestions on a better movement scheme?
EDIT: Interestingly enough, the pause/option menu works fine on other sites! Music/Sound toggles also work perfectly. It seems the Kongregate version isn't recognizing Escape; I'll put it in the to-do list.
Where to start... The combat system feels like it was made in 2 hours using GameMaker. Many enemys, like the slug or the puma will have both attacks go to each side of them if you aim right at them. The plot is full of holes and has no explanation what-so-ever, you did write a storyboard, right? Initating a fight with a person causes you to go into battle with a poorly drawn group of animals; how does this have an average rating of 3.7?
Aurom_Kantana: The controls for the robotic arm are, open claw to open claw, close claw to close claw, rotate clockwise to rotate clockwise, ect. Hardly rocket science. I am not a computer programmer, I merely took the time to figure out the mechanics of the game. If it is beyond you pehaps you should go and play a mindless shoot 'em up game rather then post your complaints here. 5/5 btw
Normally a sequel is better then the previous. Not this one. If they didn't shove ads under our nose and didn't put in this efficiency crap it would be good. But they do. 1/5
Yes, playcrafter "games" are just churned out of pre-existing scafolding, no skill is applyed and nothing impresive is produced. I think it's users should swich to something better (gamemaker, flash ect) or just give up.
OK, I just waited half an hour for the game to load and then, when the loading bar is full...... nothing happens, sacrilege as you may find it, 1/5 till this is fixed
