I'm here because I saw Spiff's video and wanted to play this game again. Last time I checked, Ruffle couldn't run it but I am SO GLAD to see that it can now!!!
Up until this point my theory was that Arc was probably Dregg's mother. He's clearly not your basic human, and I don't think a couple of meetings with Arc are sufficient to create Dregg. But now that Death has appeared as a character, I can't help but think a Marvel-style feminine Death would make a good candidate for his mother.....
Decent enough game, cute ending. But tying speed to framerate is sloppy coding. Anyone else having trouble with it like me can go into Advanced Display Settings and set it to 60hz for the intended experience.
Phew. Don't know why the listed time for the bottom-left-most Master puzzle ("I Can hear The Sea") was only 11 minutes, it took me 47! None of my normal techniques for determining enough squares to get started worked, I had to figure out new ones!
AHAHAHA!!! I had to redo 11 SO MANY TIMES to try to beat the final ninja champion for the Brilliant rating, and then I decide to read the comments, find out that you can chain-meteor by holding shift, and then when I finally get to implement it.......... the ninja champion gets frozen and I don't even know if I needed it.
Oh well, it'll be helpful for 14 and 15.

What? That's new...... Lots of comments about the game working/not working, so my guess is that it works, but only sometimes.
I have absolutely no clue how Level -7 Please Stop is done. You need 12/18 blobs for scoring, so that leaves you 6 to get there with. Clearing the green blob alone MUST cost 4 (1 for the pop, 3 for the gun), so that leaves you 2 to GET everything there. That's not even enough for a wall, which is 3 total.
I love how you can just to completely overboard in Sandbox. I can barely see anything else anymore, my wings are a distant memory of the past, I can just about see some spikes and flames, and the blood maw thingy is beginning to get shoved offscreen by my sheer bulk! I AM INFINITE, I AM SHAI-HULUD.
Did..... did I win? I was pretty red near the end there, did I get killed or did I kill Captain Connell? "I still only know how it feels to be on one end of the hunt." That suggests..... I lived?
Well crap. I used the haste scroll on myself at the final confrontation and died. Then I clicked through the dialogue behind the death screen and........ well, completely froze it. Had to reload the page. Whoops! At least I can Continue from where I left off.
Protip: You're not going to be able to beat the final boss without using the staff or an utterly insane level of Dark Souls-type pattern exploitation. Even the staff requires leading him and his horde up and down the map repeatedly.
Fantastic game with great music.
Quick strats: Z to autofire
The defence and coverage makes Laser the best for everything but bosses.
The DPS makes Pulse best for bosses, but the delay makes it poor at anything else.
There is a definite increase in the size of the spaces between shots during the lattice phase on the right side of the screen during the final boss.
There is more space to move between lines of shots on the edge of the screen during the mixed phase.
