Monsters thst show more than 1 element deal damage with both and can be reduced by increasing either or both Resistence.
For damage. Light is good against dark is good agaisnt light. Lightning > water > earth > fire > lightning... I will add a combat effectiveness hint in-game.
It looks like it's because the values for the upgrade are getting pushed off screen. We'll have to make sure those squeeze in properly. So the REAL price is about x10 from what you can actually see.
