@laxusskill the first blood brothers came out over three years ago, this game hasn't even been around for two years, so it's definitely a blood brothers clone
not sure if you know this already but if you give your clovers to the mushroom in the museum, the game won't save until you leave the building, so you can stock some up, use them, and if you didn't get what you wanted out of them, just refresh the page and you'll be able to reroll all of them.
also ranked seems a little buggy, i was at rank 19 no stars, lost, and dropped to 20 with no stars, lost again and fell to rank 21 with no stars, and for a while, even when i won, i wasn't getting any stars. (for anyone reading, when you lose a game with 0 stars, you're supposed to rank down to the previous rank, but with full stars, and you're not supposed to lose stars at rank 20 and below)
interesting concept, with some pretty fun ideas. just needs some balance adjustments, but i'm sure that's already on your agenda. it's a bummer that blizzard comes down pretty hard on fan games like these, but glad to see you haven't had to gut your game nearly as bad as grindquest was
Sorry about this! It's becaus I updated car physics: I added "tires" to minimize the drift of the cars. Because this replaced old "power distribution" the values had to be resetted too, otherwise there would have been undetermind behaviour... Maybe there is a solution to handle this, I will have a look!
wish there was a way to set mark enemies so your guys will focus on one at a time, as well as heal priority for your best tanks. progression seems really slow after you clear the first raid but before you can clear the second, maybe we can get some equipment drops in farming maps? or a better drop rate if they're already there. other than that i like it so far
my save has disappeared for like the third time without me explicitly clearing my cache, and it's a bummer because i export save games for all the incremental games i play, but the only game where i actually have to worry about losing my game is this one, which doesn't have an export/import option. it's a fun game, one of the only incremental games i don't actually mind having to start over in, but i don't really want to put the effort again and risk losing the save before i get to 20~ ucoins again
Thanks for your feedback. The only place where we can't really put it is once you start a game and you equip utilities and ammos. Beside that it should't be a problem.
@auron2345: it's called asynchronous multiplayer, it's a legitimate style of strategy games and really the best way to play deep strategy games online. people hardly want to sit down and play a 6 hour sesh of civ 5 online, but it wouldn't be so bad if you could start and stop whenever you wanted
i feel like charging for different factions makes a free player feel like they're playing a demo while paying players have a full game. i understand the need to monetize larger efforts, but i think letting the player choose which faction they get for free and which they pay for would ease that concern for everyone, especially if it has the protoss-terran-zerg sense of discernible playstyles between them, maybe even letting the player play a short game with each of them
@tazmissy, this isn't epic battle fantasy 4, it's epic battle fantasy 3.3. check out his deviantart, there's a teaser with mockups from this game that say "epic battle fantasy 3.3: bullet heaven", and there's so many sketches and renders that are going into epic battle fantasy 4
although it's worth saying that loot seems to drop a bit too common. it's not so much the kind of loot players find in a dungeon that they get enjoyment out of, it's the drop in general, and if it happens too often, it loses its appeal
a lot of people are clamoring for a save function. these appear to be the same people that don't know what a roguelike is. it does need a suspend feature but that's about it. it's a nice take on the roguelike with a decent rts feel but seems like, to a degree, might be suffering a bit from featuritis
the platforming is off, the screen scrolling is choppy, the combat is unintuitive, it doesn't really matter what character you choose because you're only going to be spamming the skill with the smallest cooldown... just generally not that good of a game.
Oooh, that's tricky :D
