How to get GOLD RARITY (Genius+) characters:
1.) Get at least 24 students. 4 of them will be your main team, you must equip them with the best armor and weapons. The rest will be doing only errands, no need to upgrade their gear.
2.) At some point your errand students will reach lvl 30. When they do, graduate them so you get 30,000 gold per student. Use this gold to get premium recruits.
3.) Repeat the process until you get Gold students. Every student is a potential 30,000 gold, just give them time to level up.
Note: I have 5 gold students (Genius+) so far, and the rest are blue (Genius). Just be patient and do those errand quests. Do not decline students. If they have bad stats, just let them level up to 30 then graduate them.
Tip: Sometimes you will have to keep a few extra lvl 30s to help the low level students with errands.
It would be very interesting if in VA3 there can be relationships between students. Like, every personality type "clicks" with certain personality types, and they develop different relationships if you put them in a team. (e.g. good friends, best friends, lovers, enemies)
Tip for perfecting dodge training: When the scarecrow guy FLASHES WHITE that is the time you should press the button to dodge. You are guaranteed a perfect if you dodge exactly when it flashes white.
Quick Win Guide for badge hunters:
1.) Save $5500 for the 2nd truck. You get around $500 per run with your standard car solo.
2.) Save up $5000 for the 1st truck. This will take you only 2 runs with your new truck on your team.
3.) Max the following in order: Laser, Rail Gun, Spares Dispenser.
4.) By this time you should have unlocked Bad Boy. Go buy that Bad Boy, then max out its machine gun.
5.) Upgrade Bad Boy and 1st Truck's UAV station a couple of times and deploy them.
6.) Move on to your next game.
Greenland is the most difficult country to win with because you play as last and no one will accept your pact unless you outmaneuver Blue in cities and ports. If you can rush Blue within 5 turns then you're a genius. Otherwise, it's all about knowing when to Speech at the right time. Speech is very important for Green because that's when you REALLY start attacking. I've won several times using Green but more often than not I usually lose.
