funny, because i just dropped in to downvote it for misspelling 'apocalypse' in the TITLE of the game. seriously, what coder (even if half illiterate) doesn't know how to use a spellcheck. take two seconds to google the word if you're especially lazy. sorry, i just couldn't let that crap pass.
ok, a couple bad things that if corrected, could really make this an outstanding game, since it's almost there already. the aim is horrible even with shift-click. the notification window hovers over where most of the action is, and you can't get rid of the @!#$ thing. the pet zombie thing is useless to the point of needing to start over with something else.
so i got stuck on the hedgmaze with skeletons because i apparently chose the wrong upgrades for the spells, and there's no way to go back to an earlier level/save or to respec the upgrades. i rated low, since you apparently didn't bother playtesting this to make sure all choices work.
You can get through that level without a single upgrade. Most of the game can be played without upgrades, at least on Novice. some dude made a comment about flamethrowers not working in space... if you can make jet propulsion work in space, you can make flamethrowers work in space. just sayin.
