I don't remember how many times I've earned the default vehicle over and over again, besides the rest of the ones available in the garage. It's almost impossible to earn a new one after about half the garage is full. Good thing that they don't worth a penny.
Whilst attacking castles if the attacker's ranged unit is close to the walls they fire above the defenders, making it impossible to hit the defending archers for example. Also if there's a ladder behind the def. party, the attackers ignore them and scale the walls - if not killed. That needs a fix, I suppose.
I've been playing this for years, one or two turns daily at least. Not once have I managed to suppress my urge to paint the whole map my colour and max each army to 99/99 before conquering that final capital city.
"Unappologetically hard with some of the puzzles"? Ever played Monkey Island? Anyway, a very promising intro overall. I didn't expect it to be this short though. Keep up the good work!
yep, checked it, speedball 2 brutal deluxe by the bitmap brothers. release year 1990! one of my favourite amiga games. great to see it back, makes me feel young again =)
the game looks difficult at first glance, but it's not. the trick is that the physics are absolute nonsense; once you get the hang of it, anything goes.
I was at around wave 30-something, expecting something interesting to come up when I read the comment "got to wave 200 easily", and I instantly killed myself out. More upgrades, harder enemies? Something of a challenge is urgently required!
