@zuzzis there is a (barely visible) "augment" tab on the gopher screen. This is where your augments are stored and can be moved to slots, scraped or upgraded.

Brilliant, as always.

I have to say I really like the game overall but I do HATE having to scroll while inside the various update windows, way too often I find myself scrolling the whole page instead due to the mouse pointer being just a bit outside of the scrollable area which is very annoying. Also, I couldn't find what keyboard shortcut can be used to minimize upgrade windows (after a reset, I like using the keyboard to open those and quickly buy stuff between the moment I lost the ball and when the next one arrives in play). BTW, mixing keyboard and mouse until the auto-paddle is bought isn't too good in terms of ergonomy, it would help a lot if either the paddles could be efficiently mouse controlled (e.g. left click for left paddle right click for right) or upgrades could be efficiently bought using the keyboard (with easy, well-documented shortcuts).

You, sir, are one of the most meticulously sadistic level designer I have had the pleasure to play with (against?). Every level element has been carefuly crafted to infuriate the player while still being just fair enough that you can't honestly be TOO mad about it. Against my better judgement, I actually loved playing this game and will rate it 5 stars even though I kept screaming at my screen the whole time. Well played, Ferociter, well played.

@jenn89: what do you call the "circle monitor"? Do you mean the screen on the floor with blue round buttons in the small room? If so, you have to notice the three blue-dots patterns on the screen above and note the output each give on the lower screen. Then you need to go back to the top screen and select the 3 letters/digits shown on the lower screen.

Please, don't listen to the people complaining about the difficulty, it's really fine as it is! I completed the whole game losing one single time (forest, I got confused against the bees because of their unusual reinforcement mechanic and the piercing attacks of the smaller bees: on my first try, I started the treant battle with only a handul HP left). I for one actually ENJOY being challenged and needing to adapt my strategy to each fight. Only thing missing was a team battle using both the archer and the red mage (guess that's in store for a sequel, also: the red mage felt really overpowered, once you figure out how fire+ice works and build it up a little you're basically unstoppable). 5/5 and very enthousiast for a sequel :)

Wow. That ending. Wow. <3

This looks quite promising. I'll only mention two things I didn't like about it: the death sound is really annoying (please tune it down a bit), and I'd suggest adding more checkpoints to reduce frustration. Also, as others mentioned, double-jumping doesn't feel right (hitting space while in mid-air should behave as when jumping from the ground). Looking forward to a next episode.

Appreciate the feedback, we are excited to do the next chapter! I think our next chapter will have more checkpoints as well

undo is really required for this. I'm thinking if you're afraid solving the puzzles using undos would be too easy, then the real issue is that the puzzles are not hard enough

@gencly for 30 I can give you a hint: you don't need to move the microphone from its starting location
Love, really love the challenge here... level 29 is even driving me crazy! I've completed every other level but I'm completely stumped by this one. What's worse, it really feels like it should be an easy one: there are only 4 arrows for 6 possible locations, and the target ordering eliminates a lot of combinations right away. This is simply delicious... thanks a lot for this little gem :)

Level 2 does not require moving the microphone, that's level 3. Level 2 involves delaying the blue note. For those in need of a tip: one of the arrows will be used twice.

Most important trick for the last level: arrows only prevent you from entering them from the wrong side, while standing ON an arrow you can actually step in the opposite direction!

I like the idea, but controls are really horrible and level design makes pretty much every level quite boring (most of the time, there really isn't much of a puzzle to solve). I didn't even finish the game (stopped playing at level 16), which makes it a 2/5.

3/5 : nice little enjoyable game but, really, there is nothing new here, the puzzles are way too simple and repetitive (you could easily remove at least half of the levels without losing anything). The only thing that kinda stands out is the ability to 'reset' a crate by pushing it against a wall, and even that is underplayed (I think I used it about twice in the whole game, and I'm not even sure it was really necessary either time)

5/5, as always :) and thanks for releasing this right in time for the new year :D

Loved the game (5/5, of course), but hated the controls. As many have said, 'r' for restart and any sort of dashing buttons would have been great. Also, I kept inverting left and right after switching planets. Maybe a "forward/backward" pattern would be better than cw/countercw for this.

Ok, I think I've finally got what these colored blobs are about. You need to use the line to partition the screen in two areas, one containing only orange blobs and the other containing only pink/purple blobs.

Wow, that one was deep man, very emotional, I actually was close to shedding a tear a couple times... it's amazing how you keep making these characters more complex and profound and surprise us even after all this time. BTW, hell of an Ada vibe coming from Evelyn, I remember Ada herself hinting at something like this in a previous installment. Can't wait to see what's coming next :)

Those controls really hate me. That feeling is mutual.
Working on a control customization menu right now. Thanks for the feedback. Edit: Controls should be better now after the update.
