Like the Last Stand, but without all the bits that made the Last Stand an interesting, original game. Still a good half-hour of entertainment, but nothing special.
Simplistic gameplay, poor graphics & animation and it's in the top 5 monthly because the internet hates Justin Bieber. I dislike his music as much as the next human being with decent taste, but this game is appalling.
Good funtimes, but late in the game it just feels too easy - once you've researched everything, turrets just tear anything apart. I had 9 light turrets surrounded by barricades, and they were pretty much untouchable with no support from the main gun. 4/5 because I still enjoyed it, but some turret-nerfage might be wise.
Good fun, if a little frustrating at times. But yeah - there seems to be no reason to make jump anything other than up, it's simply a more intuitive control system. Also, it'd be nice if reset was something a little harder to accidentally press than "space." Oh yeah, and the music does not contribute one bit to the atmosphere - really not to my taste.
excellent game, if a little easy once you get your head around it. The automatic healing perk, however, is not a good idea; a couple of enemies are stood shooting at a wall, chipping away at its health and it's healing only slightly slower than they're damaging it. I can easily see slightly weaker enemies being stuck infinitely, so remove the perk or weaken it.
Sandbox mode and more armour for heavy tanks would be good - at the moment, I can't see any reason to use a large tank over a very small one which can just zip around the edge of the bubble and keep firing.
okay, don't understand how this is getting any attention. black and white "graphics" that could've been done in paint and meaningless clichés doth not a game make. It's not fun, the text that obviously aims to be insightful... isn't, and worst of all, it takes what feels like a small eternity. I LOVE games that give something other than the norm - Loved was gorgeous, Coma was clever - but this just feels like a cheap attempt to reproduce those with no real thought or originality.
great stuff, really, but two things: levels limited to X site is a HUGE pain in the ass and will cost you a star, and the difficulty curve is... baffling. The fire-under-the-stairs is extremely difficult, with little room for mistakes and a lot of patience required, whereas a level later with a load of fireworks is piss if you just run straight to the fire with your hose going.
not a bad game, but to me it seems far too easy - set up a few damage towers near your base, then spread the light until you get to the den, then just surround it with towers. The pathing is irrelevant because everything dies as it spawns. At no point in clearing this game did I feel remotely threatened. However, the fog of war mechanic is pretty funky, but you should perhaps make more of temporary illumination like the Lighthouses and less of the permanent stuff.
this is pretty sweet, but it really needs to be a little less laggy, with some more refined graphics. The Tundra also seems to do waaay more damage than it should. o.O
Royal Associate, Tier 5. Yay? Some kind of indication of how high you -can- get would be good - for all I know, it could be tier 5 out of 10, or tier 5 out of 5, or tier 5 out of 1000. Still, a nice way to kill an hour or so.
