not sure Dagger Damage skill would apply to Twins. You have to equip single dagger to learn the skill.
It does apply actually, but the "single dagger" thing to learn it is a bug -- twin daggers should be able to learn it as well. The only reason the subtypes are different is I may add skills at a later date which only apply to twin daggers.

BUG report: the passive skill of paladin triggered like a thousand times after the first fight and the game got frozen. I use Chrome.

Upgrade boosts XP but the gold income drops quite a lot since the bar fills much slower while you get just a little more gold
