upgrate burn debuff - lvl 1 add extra 15% corrosive burn damage -
me burn damage is 1200 - lvl 2 add extra 30% corrosive burn damage -
me burn damage is 1200 - ..... lvl 17 add extra 255% burn damage -
me bur damage is 1200 seriously all time is 1200!! upgrate fail!
