You know, its a pretty fun game... waaay too short, and could definitely use some more fleshing out/expansion, but I'd definitely encourage a sequel as this was quite enjoyable for what it was.
I love it. Of course Cyclomaniacs is a top 3 favorite flash game ever for me... To people complaining about the physics... tried setting your car up differently? Or like, playing more and getting good at it? It's perfectly playable and actually super fun once you get a feel for it... and the feel is heavily affected by your car setup.
Also its hard to tell with the minimap but I think it might work best if it was relative to the character, rotating as you rotate, etc., but I would need to see how it looks with planets etc. on it before making that my official opinion
Coming along nicely, I'd love to see a health meter/bar next as well as putting the planets on the mini map. Keep working at it, game could be epic if you do it right
I just wanted to say that I've been rocking on the full version for a while now and it's well worth the 5 bucks. I know, we'd all like to see it here, etc., but if you love a nice long grind it out TD with plenty of upgrade options and depth, this game will literally keep you entertained for hours and hours (to give an idea, my game says I've put about 8 hours in so far and I'm sure I'm less than halfway to full completion)
Well, I bought it. But I will chime in to say this could be a top rated game if the full version was put up. I dont mind spending money on it, especially just 5 bucks, but I think you might do better in the future having people spend the 5 bucks on kreds to purchase bonus units/items etc. I 5/5'd it though, and look forward to playing through the whole game
Thanks so much for the support! It was indeed a tough decision to make, but in the long run we're hoping to get on services like Steam too, and the distribution models between Steam and Kongregate are quite different. In any case, we hope you enjoy the full version!
