One of my favorite games on Kongregate. I would honestly pay for a sequel with improved graphics and more content. It's too bad it saves using cookies though. I've lost my progress a few times now due to changing PCs.
I remember playing this back on Mochigames before they closed down! It was one of my favorite games on the whole site. Such a shame that it's lost its following. I wish someone made a new game like this (preferably one with a singleplayer option this time).
Beginning of the game: Forest fire has stopped work. Fight the fire: $15
15 minutes later: Forest fire has stopped work. Fight the fire: $2500
...I feel like I'm being scammed.
It would be nice if the curve for the cost of putting out fire was a bit lower.
I just realized I can't get the "hard mode" achievement without starting all over again, and I've already reached the core. It would be nice if the achievement only required you to not use your booster to reach the core, even if you have one installed and have used it before, that way you don't have to delete your progress just for one achievement.
I loved the game... for the 10 minutes I played before I completed all the levels. I'd love if more levels were added, with something new to make things more difficult (like a new color, larger levels, etc.)
I'm kinda confused. This is how my first try went: I played the tutorial and didn't take any damage, then the real game started. I started researching basic weapons and gardens, which took all 5 days. Then I died. Soooo....yeah. Didn't go so well. Personally, I'd like a larger tutorial that didn't just explain the combat part of the game.
Order of units for power and currency: Base, thousands, millions, billions, trillions, quadrillions, sextillions, octillions, nonillions, OH MY GOD's, etc... I got to OH MY GOD's in less than 3 hours. The game could use some balancing so the gameplay is a bit slower. Right now it isn't really an idle game.
Everything costs gold. Everything except troops and heroes. TEN OUTTA TEN, BEST GAME EVER WOULD PLAY AGAIN... But seriously this needs an update, it's like a year behind in content from the mobile version.
Wow... that frame rate is killing me! Also, if you think this one's hard, try Super Hexagon. I barely survived the final level on that one, and my record on this one is almost 300 seconds.
Really fun game, I only have one complaint. The game could REALLY use a save mechanic, I hate having to start over every time I want to play... If it already does have a save mechanic, this tell me where it is because I'm too stupid to find it XP
I love this game, but I really wish there was more content. I've unlocked maelstrom and have achieved a decent score on it, but the game starts feeling repetitive after a while. If it had a few more features, this would probably be my favorite rage game, even better than Super Hexagon.
Thanks, as soon as i have some free time i'll start a new track, but it takes quite a while to make one, be patient :) I'm a huge fan of super hexagon too :)
