Great, great game! Needs tougher levels though, as all of them can be done in 2 or 3 tries just by thinking a little before moving around. All the elements are there for something incredibly challenging but it doesn't go the extra mile, which would bring it from great to awesome. 3.8/5

PLUS : well designed, easy to learn and walk unto harder levels. MINUS : uneven progression (some latter levels are easier than levels before them, probably as squares are always easier to figure out because of inescapable symmetry), all in all too easy and too short. hints are ALSO completely useless in regard to the difficulty displayed here.

Didn't like the controls very much (at least compared to other launchers), especially with the weird speed thing, so I just kinda hit the right arrow to realize it was pretty damn efficient after you bought some useful add-ons like balloons, crowd and whiskey. Didn't quite like that one, but Nerdook, you still rock for everything else you've done. Cheers.

First I thought 'pixel-perfect jumping' ? These guys are exaggerating. Now I believe this is an understatement. It can drive people like me CRAZY. So I guess this is sort of a 'niche market' game. But it is awesomely designed. Total nostalgia with that modern touch you can't put your finger on. Oh, and I hate to repeat myself but STORIES ARE VAIN, USELESS AND MOST PROBABLY STUPID IF THEY DONT COME UP BY THEMSELVES. You need a story, go read a book, for pete's sake.

Checkpoints? Damn hard, really? And a story? I thought this was a gamer community, for Pete's sake. Don't listen to those guys. In fact, what you need would be to make levels longer (which would make them harder) and add levels that are actually hard (like the ones where a spiky wall is running after you). I ain't no hardcore player and I went through the 12 levels in like 10 minutes max. I would also suggest a level editor for level packs as the design is very simple and everybody could add his touch to your idea. That'd certainly boost the interest for that lovely little game, that reminded me of the first PRINCE OF PERSIA offerings big time. Good job. PS If the story doesn't come by itself, if it's not at the core of the initial game idea, then the game doesn't need any plot whatsoever. Isnt that something the retro-platform flash game community instinctively decided wouldn't be mandatory 'cause it was bad so many times on the original consoles?

Hey, thanks for a in-deep reply, I really appreciate it. When I was making the game I had this idea of "hardcore" gameplay - no checkpoints, no options, HUDS, scores, etc., that would clutter the game, but the core gameplay itself. Beating the level. Completing the game, self test if you want. The funny thing is that most of the feedback during the testing stage was game being too hard - I, myself would want it to be harder, but that would turn away even more players. So I agree with you on a difficulty part. And about Prince of Persia - I'm glad you found some similarities, that was really an inspiration, somewhere in the back of my mind :D Level editor will come, as a matter of fact I'm working on it as we speak :) Thanks for a long, well thought post!

Pure awesomeness. They only setback, in my opinion, is that this sequel is far easier and somewhat a little more linear in its game process that the original. I can only wish for harder challenges in an eventual 3rd episode. Thank you very much for creating such quality games.

Splendid! Yet far too easy. I saved until I bought the best gun (you should have to buy the next weapon rather that jump to the best one, btw) as early as possible and then never died. Too many medkits and medkits/health update. And why do I feel like my character is slow and fat? I don't like controls that are too nervous, but here, it's the opposite + I agree with Bubbawheat.

I liked that game. Great effort for a person alone. Comments : - Way to easy with the standard difficulty level. - Too many items for a game that's too short. - One-way all the way can get boring... - I wouldnt stack duped items, it's confusing - When I wanna buy, it only compares to my char and not the other one. Can be annoying too. - Transitions from screen to screen can get annoying. - This game requires access to a MAP. Cheers,
