The second area, Secrets of Paris, costs way too much - cash is at an extreme premium in this game, and having to unlock several very expensive areas in a row, for cash, which are used for one quest (in the unlocking period, anyway) then moved on from, is ridiculous.
Side quests 3/3 7: In the dream of the person in the pub to the lower right, go south, west, hit the statue with the sword so it faces left (you may have to pick it up and throw it first), then toss it across the gap. Shooting anarrow at it will cause it to spit out an arrow int he direction it faces, if you do it right, you'll hi a target and get a boomerang. Which doesn't seem to do anything.

I have to admit to being stuck at this point. I'm short a key to help the lower right person in the pub - it may come from a confusing room with bats and a gap to the left with strange rock-liek things on the other side, which I don't understand.I also can't find the key to get into the fort in 6. Still, I think this should help most people. Is there a walkthrough?
Side quests: 2/3
4. Once you get the Lantern and have done 3, the Fortune teller in Reverie will send you to help a woman, it's very short and gives a health container.
5.Go to the Fortune teller after doing #4, and she'll send you to help a blacksmith. If you ave the armour from quest 1 and the sword and shield from 2, talking to him will get you four new pieces of equipment.
6. when you have the nightmare sword from 5, talking to the man whose boy you saved will tell you about the last side quest.
Side quests Part 1/3
1. Buy the bronze armour from the shop on Reverie. The Blacksmith in Neveah will now give you a sidequest that gives you Golden armour. This can be completed as soon as you get the bow.
2. On Elder Island, after you find out the chart is in Neveah, you can get a quest from a woman in the southeast house. Bombing walls in the Goblin Fortress she sends you to will get you a sword and shield.
3. The Fortune teller in Reverie will send you to help a boy on Monstros Island. Go there, save him. It's easy and gets a health container
