What with the effort put into combos and such, this game truly deserves a 5. Thank you for the best tower defense I've seen, and I am one that loves TD.
My favorite part of the AI programming is when you have a repair bot that doesn't allow the bot it's repairing to get a single shot down range because it just jumps in front of enemies to save them... Was a 4/5, now a 2/5 due to no friendly fire detection. If you won't let us directly control the bots, at least don't let them commit suicide while we aren't watching.
Uh... Blazinice... You're wrong on both accounts, physical means non-magical and there is such a thing as a rune, or a symbol of great magical power, so a runed item is engraved with great power, a ruined item just means it's broken.
One *single* reason I can't give this game a 5, and I wish I could give it a 4.8 instead: because there are no random battles, movement through the entire dungeon again to check back through rooms (and it happens several times a level if you want to clear and explore 100%) takes considerably longer than needed, and it seems to be draining to the point that I don't want to play. That being said, a single fix like that will cause me to hold my vote, I'm more than willing to give you a 5 if you can simplify movement.
I actually didn't like the barret, I know it had piercing shots and a 5 clip, but headshots were piercing with the hunting rifle and the kick-back from the barret was almost the same as reloading, then you had to actually reload! Basically, if you can aim, go with the hunting rifle, if not then spend time getting the barret.
