I really, really don't like the fact that pointing in a direction causes the guy to move that way. Makes angles impossible to predict in a way, maybe make that a keyboard command instead?
Okay, seriously? This is certainly no DTD killer, why is it so overrated? I have no problem with this game, I really don't, but it's not a classic killer.
Normally I acknowledge that all games in similar genres will look similar, but I almost have to ask if you spoke with the founder of DTD and got the base code for the game. Still a good game, but I have to downrate it for lack of originality.
I like the scroll affect and the movement across the screen by mousing to that area, but switching the side the info panel is on is borderline seizure inducing :S
I'm sure it's been repeated over and over again, but I want to throw this out there: It is impossible for any card game to not look like it was "half copied". All card games are now "half copied" because there are limited things you can do that are entirely unique. This is a great example of a simple CARD GAME, the fact that it resembles six or seven out there is inevitable because all six or seven resemble each other.
I think it's fairly obvious that the creator either provide better guidance or better controls, seeing as this game has the exposure of a card and yet is under 4 rating. The average of more than 10 thousand (at the time of posting) seems like a pretty fair number to base it on.
Nothing but a banner advertisement, but I have to wonder if the creator is unaware of the fact that Clinton and Obama are from the same party and therefore it's not a question of who will win between those two.
I guess main thing would be keyboard use, and more... cohesiveness of controls, like a new direction over-riding a previous direction for easier movement.
4/5, and that's not a bad thing, I'd just like to see some minor adjustments. I'm glad there's volume control and a kill button, but if there could be an indicator of if the mute is on or not that'd be better, and, well... having a kill button is like admitting that the game may screw you over and make a forced kill. Maybe you'd be better off calling it a restart button instead :P
Black holes are not the way to go. If you don't believe me try them yourself, YYYG, and you'll see that they don't give you any money for units they suck in. All that they do is up your wave level, but even if you only have one black hole setup, the rest of your defense won't be able to kill a single target if you focus on the black hole.
