I can't explain why, something about the 'Fake Kid' thing makes me laugh. Well thought out game, nicely done. And a complete interface! Flyover help, detailed info on units, clear layout ... can't stress enough how important the little details make the game. Too many developers come up short in that area. Top marks 5/5
Huh. Everything stacks, so far as I can tell. And I mean *everything* so far. Two totems overlapping the same tower? Twice the effect. Two energy chasms, upgraded? Double-upgraded fire rate. Two cursed cemeteries? Four skeletons per manor.
I would enjoy the game more if there were a goal other than just being fast. I want to capture each building, upgrade stuff and all that, but the challenge in this game is based around just rushing the stage. I like the game a lot and its a great start, but if the difficulty could be balanced so that you need to upgrade buildings to beat a level and no pressure to be fast (other than you opponents getting stronger if you are too slow), then I think it would be better. It would bring out the strategy a bit more too I think. Great work with this, and I really look forward to a sequel someday that adds more depth to all this.
A better explanation of the games mechanics would be awesome. For instance, what does Int and Agi directly affect? If my creature does X amount of damage and then I level it up and the population goes to 2 from 1, does it do X x 2 damage or X/2? Just some resource to research this and other like information would be nice.
Maybe add a screen that, when hovering over an item in your inventory, it also shows that type of item that you have equipped. that way it's easier to compare them ,
This is something I'm looking into doing, I wish it were as simple as adding another tooltip window, the main restriction is screen space so I may create a system to hold a key to flip which item is displayed in the tooltip, the one rolled over or the one currently equipped in that slot.
No forced multiplayer? No energy? No premium items? No need to add friends to up my stats? This game designer is a saint among us. 5/5 without hesitation!
Hey everyone, working on an update at the moment (badges soon!)... I need additional information regarding the Ancient Tome popup bug a lot of you have experienced. I am not able to recreate the issue so I need you to PM/Shout me every detail you can think of related to it (during battle/skill screen, which tomes it effects, is it still an issue after restarting, when did you first notice the bug, etc). Thanks!!!!!!
Tip: don't restart to get a perfect score if one or two enemies make it through. On most levels you still get three stars if only one or two enemies made it through.
