Hi there, each item receives a roll after a quest. Meaning, weapon is rolled; then armor; then gauntlets/gloves; and so on. This can often make it feel like break chances are higher than listed. Additionally, since each roll is taken as an individual instance this can sometimes lead to bad luck. Thank you for you feedback. If you recently leveled your hero, a 0% may not be 0% break chance any longer. It shouldn't break if there is a 0% break chance.
