Why don't game makers provide a big, obvious link to the rules? I don't know why each time I start, I'm back at the beginning (I mean, is it a bug?). That isn't the only thing that is unclear, and I don't want the answer posted here. I want a link to full documentation. How is it worth making a game and then not documenting it fully?
@edcedcedc "And why not ask thing in chat," Because the answers come from random people. The Wiki is a useful place to look. Permanent. If people who know would improve it, that would be better than saying the same thing over and over again to new players. Lots of typing. Lots of assuming that honest people are on-line to answer the questions and that they are motivated enough to do so. Thus assuming dishonest people are not on-line.
When I see Forest Spirit and the like appear on the enemy's field, that song by Marley comes to mind: "kill it before it grows". But in this case it's true!
"Its a great game except many of the cards have errors and omissions on them. With the text / rules being incorrect it is difficult to play some of the cards properly without really digging to find out what they actually are. *shrug*"
This is completely true. I gave the game 5 stars and favorited it. But I would give the instructions and documentation a zero out of 5 and yes, because there is not space on the card graphics some important information isn't there.
@edcedcedc Ah, you thought I was asking for an answer in comments? I wasn't. Answers in comments are no more useful than answers in chat. I want Kongregate or Zanzarino to fix the instructions one sees on this page or can link to from this page.
@qazzaq123 I check the wiki and forums. The wiki is not complete, and most of it seems to be strategy. There should still be complete instructions - if not on the page with the game, at least an obvious link to a manual or a complete wiki.
@edcedcedc "aefields same answer as always ask in chat and I answer you querstion." Asking in chat it not a useful substitute for a manual. Even if everyone on chat were honest it would not be a good way of sharing information - someone has to type the same thing over and over?
My point is: instructions need to be thorough. Complete. Covering all mechanics of the game. Strategy is not part of instructions. Just the facts. So, under "instructions" state specifically what is the result is of voting up or down a deck you lost against in the arena.
@Developer response from fighter106
Hi. Read my words. (You too, morons who downrated my comment) Give me the ******* instructions before I start the game, *******. "before". See? I already knew that the first time I played I would get instructions. If I hadn't known that I wouldn't have specified "before".
When you play it first time.. you will get instructions
