Fun, easy to play, and with a little bit of a challenge- particularly when the environment starts to interfere, and you have to time your movements pretty carefully. Very relaxing and casual- I particularly love the music. Great choices. :) Thanks for posting this up.
My only real complaint is about the difficulty in using the controls. Being right-handed, it's a little tricky for me to use the mouse and the arrow keys, which are both on the right side. Make WASD an option for movement, and it'd be a killer game.
I tried really hard to enjoy this game, because it's a neat concept. It's not even poorly-executed, as far as I can tell, so I don't think it's a "bad" game, per se. I probably would have had more fun with it if the screen was expanded, and -definitely- if I could do more than shoot and rotate on a single point. The music was catchy, though, and I look forward to seeing if future versions of this game are released and what changes are implemented.
Very simple, but the graphics are pretty neat. The only downer is really that there's no incentive to keep playing. (After 5000 points, with no real risk of losing health, I finally let the poor guy die.) My suggestions? Power-ups, progressively more difficult enemies. There needs to be some sort of risk/reward for people to stay interested. It's a good early effort, though, and with some adjustments would be a lot of fun.
Awesome learning tool. I love the variety of views (particularly the pose on the third level) which teach you to think about the way muscle wraps around the body. Not just for the medical students! As an artist, I find tools like this incredibly helpful.
Not bad, for the older set. The later questions, however, require knowledge of/experience with consoles and games that were relevant a decade before most current gamers were even born. I would recommend keeping a few of these sorts of questions for the added challenge, but this game seems skewed toward a particular generation of gamer. It could use a broader range of questions, with a more modern feel.
The game itself is of average quality, largely because it's so short. Unfortunately, it's also promoting a jewelry auction site. Not the best idea to upload it here, I should think.
I really did have fun with this game, but yes, there are a few problems with it that can easily frustrate a player beyond the point of enjoyment. The two I had the most trouble with were lack of keystroke recognition on boss fights, and enemies continuing to move (invincibly) across the screen even after being killed. If you can manage to resolve the issues, it'll be an awesome game. :)
I enjoyed this one. The artwork is great (even the zombies are cute!), and it's an interesting twist on zombie-killing (i.e., no rocket launchers). As others have suggested, my recommendation for improvement would be a simple way to stop moving/change direction once you've drawn your path.
I would also like to point out, for those who continue to rant that it's an exact copy of Desktop Tower Defense, that there are many variations on this type of game here on Kong. They're all defense style games, and all use the same basic concept: build towers/hire men, kill hordes of enemies. That's hardly copying any specific game- it's part of the "genre."
You know, I really enjoyed this one. 4/5, simply because I like the idea of the markerboard, and the critters' taunts were cute. The artwork is nice and clean, and it's reasonably challenging. My only complaint is that it slows down drastically as the number of enemies/towers increases, and it becomes difficult to upgrade towers, sell, place new ones, etc. because the game can't keep up.
Pointless fun. No danger of burning up a brain cell on this one, or getting any wrinkles from serious puzzling, but it did make me giggle a few times. 3/5.
It actually states that you need to hit all the targets in the introduction.
Fun little game! It does get a bit repetitive, but some of the setups are quite tricky.
The "Go" button will work, but you have to follow the instructions given first. (If it tells you to look in your inventory, for example, you have to look in your inventory.)
