The worst error I've seen is planes crashing while in the air, right off the runway. For no reason, planes just appear there and crash. Happens to me in the level after getting the Office.
I've always loved these games. Very nicely achieved. The overall difficulty is low, there wasn't any puzzle I couldn't solve straight away, but that might be because I'm just used to this. Still, fun to play through, 4.5/5.
My only issue:
They often keep mining instead of building. I have all the resources, I have set their jobs to build, but still nothing happens and they keep mining. Other than that 4.5/5.

Everyone, if UNITY CRASHES, it's NOT the game's fault. Get the latest version, empty your Unity cache. If it still doesn't work, it's your ANTI-VIRUS. It's a known issue, which is very common with Kaspersky for example.
