Oh wait, if you are attacking when he freezes you then you can still defend against him. So it's the AI that allows us to win. So if you are trying to be ranked #1 using a Red Fire Mage, then when you face the Ice Water Clan Leader, then when he has 9 special points make sure to attack so you can defend his attacks.
Actually no, the red fire clan is easily beaten by the ice clan leader. You can't drain his mana fast enough and in 24 turns he'll whoop you with freeze+high attack combo.
There are a few ways to make this really easy. 1 Rim-run. Use a small tank and run along the edge of the bubble firing towards the center. This will allow you to hit everything in the bubble and you should get hit only a few times. 2. Make only weapons. Bubbles are purely aesthetic. A larger tank means a larger area that can get hit so more chance you will die.
Hmm, for the ranking the system makes it hard to get anywhere above 50% accuracy. There's too many tiny asteroids at the end, so you'll pick up and fire 30 and hit 1 asteroid.
Wow, the alien campaign is actually quite easy, except for one mission: protection. A good strategy for this level is to get the grenade launcher and fire into both bottom corners randomly(works best if you're offscreen), control the top (this is where most weapon spawns are) and hunt the human (he's the weakest and dies way easier than the robots.) This battle took me around 20-30 tries to beat.
cool program. I'd love to have downloaded if you had key signatures and serious music stuff it'd be really awesome. THis is easier to work with than finale, however it doesn't have multiple soundtracks, so that has to be added sometime.
