Controls are far too sensitive, and honestly no real driving desire to go any further than about 15 seconds to be honest. I am in no way good at this game, however, it doesn't make me want to try at all. Simplistic games are great, and I really applaud what you tried to do here, and I'm sure there's plenty of people who will really enjoy this game, but it is completely lacking in gameplay depth, even for a retro arcade style game.
the attack chopper killstreak is absolutely useless, with any amount of enemies within range, it ALWAYS shoots straight down at one spot on the ground, not even attempting to aim at an actual target. I have found it to be significantly less useful than any of the other killstreaks, which makes me wonder why the most useless killstreak of all is the last to unlock.
once again i am disappointed by the fact that you can not use the wasd keys to move in the dungeons. The right arrow key on my keyboard doesn't work, so I have to give this game 1 star, because although the other aspects are fairly decent, not having the simple choice of arrow keys or wasd makes this game unplayable for me.
Great game for sure, definitely some stuff that needs working on though. First of all, since the game was updated, the game bugs out or freezes constantly. One of the most common problems I seem to have, is that I choose a battle, and the enemies are shown on the prebattle screen, except they have question marks in front of them. After trying to initiate the fight, everything stops, the game freezes, and the screen flashes black every 30 seconds or so. Also, several times in the middle of combat the game has frozen. While I am typing this, the game bugged out as an enemy used an attack, and never returned to his side. The enemy is standing directly in front of my gladiator, and they are all just standing their in their standing animations, but I cant do anything at all. And lastly, there NEEDS to be a speed up button, or at least an option to end the fight immediately if your opponents have no way of putting up an offense.
It's solitaire, which is a game based almost entirely on luck. Next our odds are cut down even further by the addition of different types of game tiles. I will not lie, I have spent plenty of time playing it, but I have to be honest and say that there is no real appeal to this game other than the fact that it is solitaire. The badge is also total chance. Overall not a bad game, well put together, but I would never go as far as to call it good.
Would be nice if it had the option to change controls to wasd instead of the arrow keys, especially since my right arrow key does not work, so I cant say how the game actually is.
gameplay is pretty good, definitely needs a bigger grid though. also had to give it a low rating because no matter how many times i tried my saves never actually save
I beat level one, saved, and when I loaded it later, all 4 stages were unlocked, and also I had every weapon except 1 gun and 1 sword... So other than that bug it's a decent game
I found that if you press e after you die, you can continue fighting behind the menu screen and it does count towards your goals. For instance, to get 1000 kills and beat the game you just continue playing with the invisible character until you win because you cant die.
I dont know if it's just me, but I honestly do not see the appeal to this game at all. The graphics, sounds, and control are all fluid and as they should be, but overall gameplay has no fun value to it at all. What people have said about autofiring turrets is dead on. Why on earth is there a need to switch constantly between multiple cannons? Even if the autofire only shot at 50% of normal shot interval it would still be SOMETHING, as opposed to new weapons being useless, as you get off a shot before having to switch to something else. It also is worth mentioning that although I immediately disliked this game, I did give it a fair chance and have made multiple attempts at it since it came out, but still find it awful. I guess you could say this is a well put together game in terms of everything except gameplay, and as harsh as I feel it is to say, I find one star to be a drastic understatement of how bad and not fun this game is.
Some sort of glitch with the game: very rarely I will find an item that is listed as undefined, and it can be picked up into the inventory, and takes an item slot, but it is not an actual item. Instead where it shows how much weight you can carry, for example 55/100 lbs, it shows NaN/100 lbs and I can carry as much weight as I want.
