oh look, another synap game that he puts up and basically leaves without any REAL updates. See: other synap games. He simply rides off his co-success of Tyrant and puts up these short-term cash cows, where he bleeds wallet warriors dry without really ever updating anything other than adding more "heroes". Honestly guys, don't waste your time.
somewhere along the lines (im guessing after epic war 2) this dev confused endless grinding with actual game content. It's a fun game but i HAVE to give it a 1/5 due to the shameless energy system and the complete lack of substance. I mean you go through "chapters" just to face upgraded versions of the people you have already beaten 50 times.
I'm glad that every once in a while a really, really bad "game" like this comes out on kong. I spent a good 10 minutes or so laughing as i initially watched a progress bar fill up followed by some triumphant music indicating i had somehow completed a quest. My second experience involved two men in bathrobes humping the air at each other, apparently this is supposed to be a "duel." Welp anyway nice fail later kiddies.
lmao so im on the second level and there is only 1 planet in range so im sitting here while my opponent hits planets from a mile away to get to the sun. You've got to be kidding me.
just look at other synap games on kongregate lol. He puts them up, adds little to no content, then moves on to another fail game. He's just riding off his co-success in Tyrant but a few more games like this and he'll be done.
Guys, if you like this game please do your best to spread the word and rate it 5/5 (which I've done for months). We said that renting weapons sucked so not only did Spicy make perm weapons, they made toys 50% off for a week. My hope is that people come back and see the changes made, and at the very least my followers will see this on their newsfeed :) Bottom line: this game is EPIC and needs way more players. Spread the word!!!!!!!!

P.S. the last time i posted here you responded by saying the game was essentially "blindly rated" down and that was the reason the game has fallen into kong abyss.
The point was that we had many people saying they had not even played the game and yelling "1/5" for things like Unity plug-in, not running on Linux, etc. Some of those ratings were also created by the rental system - we get that. Anyway, the main point is that once a snowball starts rolling downhill it's easier for it to grow than for it to shrink. We're now making a lot of changes to the game which we hope will improve the experience for everyone.
IMO to keep people here the whole "renting" system has to go. I mean it has to go ASAP, like tomorrow if it was possible. Many, many people have said it's a horrible/shameless way to profit from your game, A.K.A. a bad business model. If the market doesn't want what you are offering, change it to something more attractive to your customers. It only takes people once to log on and see you can never get a perm weapon without paying real cash.....give out a tired "meh".....rate it 1/5 then move on. So it's not quite as out of your hands as you portray...try taking a little responsibility and say "hey, we were wrong here and we are trying to rectify things as soon as we can." Instead of "we got downvoted for no reason," because you really did get down voted for a reason: people dislike your current profit model.
There is no relationship between renting weapons and the "profit model". The sad fact is that you and other players never tried to understand how easy it was to acquire tickets and then use those to rent weapons. The time to ticket ratio was 1000% in your favor - but slowing down your reaction and thinking it through never crossed your mind. Instead, you and others did blindly rate it down before examining the reality of the system. That's fine, you are entitled to your own independent actions. Know this - the renting system is being removed. And a ton of other changes are being made in addition. We just hope that once the new and improved version is uploaded you'll give it a proper chance. We appreciate and act on your feedback. Please keep it coming.
p.s. if you didn't know synap essentially rides off of the success to create this mini fail games. The only point is to rake in some profit for a few months then essentially go dead.
