How to win: 1. Make all land the highest possible and flat. 2. Let your people build a powerful base. 3. When you have a good mana influx, water storm repeatedly, the enemy will never have time to rebuild, as their bases are usually near sea level.
Finally completed this game! Started in Australia as Parasite, bought no transmissions, no symptoms. Spread globally. Got 50 evolution points, spent on resistances (3 of each). They noticed me, I upgraded to last tier, then gave horrible symptoms. They declared vaccine. Hospitals closed down. Death reports coming in. Then just wait for about 20 minutes (make sure death rate doesn't outstrip infection rate!)Mwah ha ha! Victory!
