Set the speed at x2. don`t send any units. click on quit. You`ll get an extra 1300 $ for... nothing! This way you can upgrade fully any units and you can replace your mercs with any other merc you want.

Once, me and enemy had equal forces, and 15 turns passed without anyone advancing farther than the center, then the bombardment started. No player hit the other, and I won , with 420 health left.
