If I was starting the game again: Do not sell cards for coins, later on you can get a different type of crystal, which allows you to upgrade your existing cards - much better use of extra cards. When you can, build a low-mana deck for two types of cards. My favourite is green/orange as they combine well. this is because you can open different mana channels, letting you quickly use more cards without having to waste cards (each turn you can sacrifice one card to open a mana channel of a specific colour. If you want another mana channel in the same turn, you will need to sacrifice two cards for that extra channel - having two colors means you usually get to use your cards pretty quickly, instead of accumulating them in your hand or sacrificing more just to get an extra mana channel at a higher cost)
This game is awesome. It is rare to find a fast game that is also challenging.
I agree with others that the random slow-motion can really mess up your timing, could it be an option?
Just scored 517,000 in nightmare mode. Might be last time I play it, it lacks motivation.challenge to replay.
In general: you want to skip a few clicks in order to get extra experience. The tracking and multiple hit upgrade are musts. Get the Brute first, then archer and get the monk last.
Great game. I beat it on my 2nd try by changing my strategy a little. Nightmare was not so hard, finished it twice in 6 tries. With nightmare, I tried to face the first Daimyo with enough clicks to have the exp for two companions right away.
Awesome game, thank you.

If you think you're missing something, compare your map to the one at the link. There's enough bombs and keys to get all mushrooms and journal pieces, but getting ahmni sight (hint on 2nd temple) makes finding missing pieces a lot easier.
Apollo is broken. Once a few people have gotten it, their decks are too powerful, it makes to tournaments worthless to all but a few who got lucky early. It was a bad idea to make it a tournament prize; because it makes one too powerful in the tournament, it should have been attained in a different way.
Anybody know where to get righteous cards? I see that when selecting a cards for a deck, if you scroll down on the factions filter, there is a new option for 'righteous' but I do not see any news about this or where/how to get the cards for this new faction.
It would be nice if you could buy a 'silver' version of the newer cards with gold. that way you could at least get some common and uncommon cards from the Blight and Nexus deck with just gold.
To get a faster-firing weapon, you need to collect more. The car park and cave have been useful to me.
To get a wider cross-hair (so you can wipe them out quickly) you need upgrade. The towers are a great upgrade.
Haha, nothing like the underachievers!
