I'm also encountering the freezing bug. It's always during battle. Usually when you are about to win. Right now. I'm waiting for the enemies last guys to spawn so I can beat him. Another time, I was defending my castle and the enemy stopped spawning his last 10 units. He only spawned his hero. So, I'm left unable to win because I can't kill his units. He kept using his spells and wouldn't advance his last 4 units on the the board because my wall was up. Once he took down the wall with his spells he advanced. Meanwhile, I had 4 units (2 stacks of 2) that wouldn't spawn. This is getting annoying. It always seems to be late game that this bug happens.
Ok, I've played the game about 3 or 4 times, getting to the 70's each time. I only have 14 skill points. Frankly, I think the exp. gain is WAY to slow now. I really don't like it. Also, I think EVERY tower fails when compared to the AoE tower. If I could sell my main tower I would. At high levels you only build AoE towers, and Money towers. All the other towers are useless when compared to the AoE tower. And it's all because of how quickly the enemies gain hit points. The other towers just can't keep up. It's sad really.
When you click on a tower you really should display it's stats and level in the space between the towers you can buy and the abilities you can buy. That's one of the most annoying things for me.
It should also show what it's current starts are, and what it's stats will be after being upgraded.

That's why you have stun resistance. All my front liners do. You need poison resistance also, unless you have a Ranger who uses Natures Blessing.
It would be nice if something said how much it cost a unit to attack. I was very annoyed with the Jeep RPG's. I didn't attack anything with it. I would use aim, and I still couldn't attack.
Like smokeater and McCoyEVP said. You have something AMAZING here. Or at least potentially. You just need to expand it. Take what you have and what people said and run with it. You could REALLY end up with a GREAT game. It could be better than a cult classic. If you take this and spend some more time...... WOW!
First off, it's a great game. I love how you accually care enough to fix the problems. It really helps push this game ahead of the pack. I'm looking forward to your future games.
Now, down to business.
With a level cap on towers, you will quickly lose after about level 70. I made it to 73. It's a great and fun game. But there is a point at which you will ALWAYS hit a brick wall, and there's NOTHING you can do about it. You just can't PLAN things any better. Thats the down side. That and the fact that the super towers don't get their fire rate increased. In this game, your normal towers maxing at level 5 is what kills you. You just can't get enough DPS.
Also, I like being about to control your main tower, but I was VERY disappointed in it. It ends up with the same damage and rate of fire as the ice tower, but with a slightly higher range instead of slowing power. I think you should add SOMETHING more to it. Maybe an AOE attack or something.
This game really isn't all that fun. You can't really power-up your ship. Just increase your attack and health. The multishot is only temporary. So basically, you are supposed to do the same thing over and over and over and over, with almost NOTHING changing. You don't get to see your ship improve at all, really. Your ship pretty much just stays the same the entire game.
At first I loved the game. I always love games like this. This game was done quite well. However, I don't like how you can't play all the classes. Or if you can, there is nothing telling you how to unlock them in the game. You are forced to watch yourself get creamed by a class you can't even play. Not cool. Which leads me to my next point. The computer is cheap. It really is. I don't know how many times I lose because of some REALLY cheap move. The computer always seems to have the cards it needs to really screw me over, while I am always wishing a could have had "that one card that would be really useful" or I have a card that "would be great if I only had that other one."
This was even more of a problem when I was facing the Archmage in duels.
This COULD and SHOULD be an awesome 5/5 game. Sadly, I have to lower my initial rating down to a 3/5.
So, this is a demo. Not just a "kind of" demo, but a EXTREMELY LIMITED Demo. -2.
You can't read the instructions very well because of the Demo crap all over the screen. -3
That automatically makes this game FAIL!!!!
I would like the monster forcast icon to show wings for flying enemies. that would make things A LOT easier when you want to know what's coming, and who to pick.
When you win, nothing happens besides "You win!!" pops up in the lower left corner. You can keep moving you people. You really should have a "high score" thing that comes up. Everyone could be ranked by how quickly they won the game. This game has a lot of potential, but it's too repetitive.
Awesome. I love the sense of humor and the jokes. Clicking on the guards was funny. Repeatedly clicking on the prisoners was also funny. There seem to be a couple loose ends. Or maybe I'm just not smart enough to figure it our. Can you get the Blacksmith something to eat? What is in the swamp? I couldn't find anything.
I really liked this game. Then I found out that their is only a finite amount of enemies in this episode and you can't get above level 6. Now I'm upset. That is something they should tell you AT THE BEGINNING of the game. If you are switching between your partners to test them out, you will have at least 2 underleveled buddies. That is bad. Also, when you are putting your talent points where you want them you don't know you are being limited. This game has lost it's fun to me.
I'm trying really hard to like this game. But I just don't. I really like almost all the features of the game, but I find the game itself horrible. I just don't like how everything fits together. I upgraded cannons thinking it would mean i shoot 2 bullets at a time. That's not how it works. Everything seems to work together to turn what should be an awesome game into a horrible one. It's really a shame.
Before people start giving him low scores because some of the skill icons are the same as Maple Story, why don't you FIRST find out if he stole them, or if he received permission to use them. Rate the game for whether you like it or not. Then contact Maple Story. If he stole stuff, THEY will handle it.
Ok, I'm annoyed. Not only is this game not very fun, but the grammar and description of your skills and abilities are REALLY lacking. Also, does it matter what my character looks like? Will that change anything. It didn't say anything about whether it matters. Seriously dude. If you are release an ENGLISH version of the game, MAKE SURE that the grammar and spelling are on point. PERIOD! You have no business releasing any game in any language if the dialog and descriptions are THIS broken.
I second the comment about not being able to easily tell who is friend or foe. It should be EASY to tell. EASY!!! I know it is still possible to tell guys. I can figure it out, but it isn't easy.
