What part are you stuck on? For the first part, you have to make sure not to go left, otherwise the inflated guy will die. So it’s like… you go right, jump over the Goomba, go in and get the weird pants-thing. This lets you go left without killing the other guy, so do that and get the screw without landing on the red button. Go right and get the soda and the other pants and land on the green button. Now you can let balloon-guy out, float right and get the screw, soda, and jalapeno, then you can go to the goal. (There’s a video walkthrough linked from the game, if you’re really having trouble.)
