Game mechanics are too simple and flawed for any further investment into the game. Most cards are just stat-sticks. P2w upgrade system using multiples of the same card which increases their stats, taking out much of the skill of the game as you're never going to be fighting on an even playing field. You will never win against someone with higher card levels due to how simple the cards are: the strongest cards in game are textless balls of stats. Go grind 30mins per match for 5 coins or NOTHING, keeping in mind it takes 100 for a pack of 3 commons. You'll solid grind for months just to get out of bronze tier btw
absolutely fantastic game. novel take on the tower defense genre. hundreds of hours of replayability, and best of all NO MICROTRANSACTIONS for a mobile game! gems like these bring you back to the golden age of browser flash games.
one thing though, the weapon "the legend" is spelt as "the ledgend" which idk if is intentional
There is no so called "global win" in mmo games. you meet opponents with different progression levels and try to win in particular battles. Payments only influence your progression speed. But on each progression level you can be competitive without paying. Also there are modes available where conditions are equal - raid and duel.
least balanced game i've ever seen
the only strategy is to spend money for legendaries. if you're f2p you'll never compete
the business strategy is also ridiculous. 90% epics/legendaries while the drop chances are 75% common 20% rares 5%epics mean you'll be getting the same pool of commons over and over again unless you spend money.
do not get trapped into this game, there are so many better games out there
how to get gold there is nowhere to grind: map levels redo drops no gold, no one in pvp (plus it lags too much), tournaments too RNG with really bad time investment/reward ratio, and inevitably stuck at map somewhere so cant just keep clearing forward
and also those constant frikken ads for microtransactions get incredibly annoying
more duplicates increase probability of drawing into that card, you can unlimited cards per turn if you can combo well
instead of going for muse just stack curiosity because they can draw another curiosity but muse will end after rest. The strategy appears to be to grind early turns (make sure not to attack them, they won't attack you) for inspiration points and use quick sketching for inspiration>curiosity>gore>meditation>stab>anything else cards. Build up gore combo once you have enough inspiration and curiosity cards such that you can continuously draw enough of them to give you like 20 inspiration points for gores, then use a meditation if you run out of these combo cards. Once you feel like you have built up a big enough gore combo use the stab or other attacking card, I think i had 8 of them for 256x damage and one shot the last boss with a stab lol
very one dimensional game encouraging button mashing with no sense of strategy, complete absence of other mechanics. kicks and punches take too slow to register allowing for large windows of vulnerability to get knocked down or up. on 10x big animal levels there can be periods where you will be immediately stunned after getting up, preventing any sort of retaliation. not optimized, massive frame rate drop, many bugs such as being knocked up so high your character disappears. would give 0/5 if possible
