there is a sewer and you get out with any breath, even NOTHING!
a.k.a dont get any breath
the 4th breath is nothing, ok? its NOTHING!!
the titles are guardian, tyrant, watcher and scourge. to get guardian: you have to do nothing or help everyone and go on the castle

its a bit hard to make the hero and the dragon killed but i did that once
